A senior member to the kitchen team; working closely with and reporting to the Head Chef. To produce quality food to menu specifications in a high turn over unit and for on-site functions & banquets as required.
This post will have full responsibility tor all aspects of the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent, maintaining the required high standards. Motivating the kitchen staff to achieve targets and maintain a high standards in the Chefs absence.
